About

We are Joey & Jessica Rector. A couple that has been together over 20 years. My love for animals and his moto of "happy wife, happy life" has lead us on a crazy adventure. What started as a source of knowing where our meat was coming from, quickly turned into something more.

 

Our ranch started out with raising 2 meat cows a year and a few Nigerian dwarf goats for entertainment. However, I wanted more. I wanted to start sharing my love of animals with others. I wanted others to see and enjoy the love that animals are able and willing to give back. We started by raising babies to sale so others could also enjoy this life as well. We quickly learned that there are many others who are unable to own a farm animal, for a bunch of different reasons, but wanted to share in the experience of loving on and caring for them. This lead me to start exploring ways that I could help those people reach that experience. And in doing so it has grown our little hobby into much, much more!
